Wow.
Just wow.
That was a hell of a way to start the season! Two weeks, three games, and a super exhausted Bear.
But we are not slowing down anytime soon, and in fact, we’re motivated to work even harder now to make the field bigger and better and more engaging for our players. I mean, it’s not going to happen overnight, especially in the midst of this odd monsoon season we’re experiencing, but it will happen.
For players who haven’t been here yet this year (why not!?), you’ll discover that Pallet Fort has received a number of upgrades this spring.
In addition to the now OP Pallet Fort, the OP wall is now a monster. We’re even considering painting it Fenway Green. But first, we will continue to tire-wall it into an awesome structure.
As this season goes by, keep watching out for more additions to the Pallet Fort field… we have a bunch of stuff planned out, and hopefully will create plenty of long-, medium-, and CQB-range opportunities. Sorry, no MiG in the works yet.
We appreciate EVERYONE who has come out and played so far this year, and hope to see you all again soon! Our games are going to start ramping up for more intensity, some more role-playing, some more thinking and strategy, and, of course, more trigger time.
We also have a number of special events coming up as well, to include our monthly Airsoft for Veterans events, as well as community-specific events to celebrate Pride, Women in Airsoft, and others. We are taking our promise to grow and nurture the Northern Maine airsoft community quite seriously, and will continue to do everything in our power to reach every person who wants to sling plastic with us.
