Well, that wraps up the 2023 season; and what a season it was!
We started holding private games on Saturdays, which started slowly, as expected, but by the end of the season, we were delighted to host so many people! Games have started flowing a little better, and that is definitely something we are looking to continue improving upon for 2024.
While it would be logical to start working on field improvements between now and snowfall (which apparently will be in a few hours), we’re going to grab the rest of the stuff off the field and call it good for this year. Be on the lookout for build day announcements in the spring! Depending on the snowmelt and how wet the field is come spring, our first build day is tentatively scheduled for May 5, 2024. Unless 300+ pallets magically appear, we will be working on clearing spaces around existing structures as well as paths. Remember that a day or work earns you a day of play!
So what’s next?
This winter, we’ll be significantly adding to our merch line. The Patriotic field logo patches have been ordered and the pre-order sale is going amazingly well. We will also be adding to our tees and hoodies collection (next-level stuff), and may even venture into ball caps as well. We also have a few announcements in the chamber for the coming year. Expect those to start dropping on 01/01/24.
We are proud of our tight-knit airsoft community in “the middle of fucking nowhere”, and we couldn’t do it without YOU. We are looking forward to continue adding to our community, with your help, and are already looking forward to next season.
