The Op

Having been thwarted by the Joes last year in the Central American Highlands, Cobra Commander has moved their base of operation to the Congo Basin shortly after being rescued from a GI Joe maximum security prison.  The thick jungle is perfect to hide Cobra as they prepare to launch their latest scheme.

The Belligerents

Blue Team – Cobra, a ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world.  Non-US loadout and weapons preferred.

Green Team – GI Joe, the code name of a daring American special missions force whose purpose is to defend human freedom.  US loadout and weapons preferred.
