We’re making some adjustments this year, and we want everyone to be aware of the new schedule and policies.
Starting May 25, 2025, we will be open every other Sunday. Game dates for the season are:
6/8, 6/22, 7/6, 7/20, 8/3, 8/17, 8/31, 9/14, 9/28, 10/12, and the season closer is on 10/26.
Our schedule remains unchanged:
Schedule:
- 0800 – Gates open
- 0900 – Check-in begins (Rental players must arrive by this time.)
- 0930 – Check-in closes (Late arrivals will not be allowed to play.)
- 1000 – Safety and mission briefings (Chrono opens after briefings.)
- 1045 – Chrono closes (Players who have not chrono’d by this time will not be allowed to play.)
- 1100 – Game begins
Additional Changes
This season will determine whether we remain open beyond 2025. Participation levels (weekly turnout) and market conditions will guide that decision.
- There will be no Saturday games in 2025, nor will there be an OP: Damage Control V.
- The Bunker will be limited to what is currently in stock.
- We will no longer accept donations (supplies, cars, materials, etc.) in lieu of field fees. Field fees and rental prices will remain unchanged.
- We are discontinuing tech services.
These decisions weren’t made lightly, but they reflect the realities of the previous turnout numbers and market conditions. We appreciate the support of our players and are committed to making this season a success, with the hope of continuing beyond 2025.
