Don’t bother bringing your guns or equipment.  This event is 100% classroom instruction.  You will be encouraged to take notes and pay attention.  And yes, there will be a test at the end.

Starting in 2024, if you want to be a squad leader, you must be SLC (Squad Lead Certified).  This course will cover a broad array of information, from leadership to basic strategy.  “We’ll just wing it” will never work.
