Well, gang… this is it.  Season Finale 2023.  This has been an absolutely crazy fun year, thanks to each and every one of the players who came out to sling plastic.

Despair not, however!  We can stay in touch through the winter months via the SAASMaine Discord and SAASMaine Community group!

The Op

A “supervirus” is being developed with the hope that it will provide a “universal mRNA vaccine” that will cure anything from the common cold to HIV.  It is the hope that the URV will pretty much wipe out viral disease in the world.

The supervirus is being developed at a secure Commonwealth military lab (Pallet Fort) under heavy guard, and recent advances have shown very promising signs that the scientists are very close to completing the URV, after more than a decade.

The freedom fighter group “Eminence Front” has recently learned about the supervirus and has started drafting plans to weaponize it to take control of the country and free all the citizens within.

The Belligerents

Blue Team – Commonwealth Guard is the regular homeland security force.  Tactical loadout is preferred.

Green Team – “Eminence Front” is a growing militia movement of revolutionaries and freedom fighters who are starving and weary of living under the bootheel of the oppressive government.  Non-tactical loadout is preferred.
